In the name of all that is evil, will someone PLEASE explain to me what these gadddammmmmmnnnn mother fucking cookies are all about.

Are they hash cookies?
Are they chocolate chip?
What are they good for?
Do we get a prize after collecting so many?
Can we trade them for sexual favors from HCIC?
