you'd think, but we keep the litterbox in the closet and the door closed over but open just enough for them to get in and out. and we have air freshener things here and there so it's really not bad. the only time it smells is when the one orange cat poops because he doesnt bury it.

it's in the "coat closet" right by the door, away from all other areas of the apt. we keep the litter box and the vacuum in it.
