I finally got pretty much everything down. The main issue was that most of my music was a mess and nothing was labeled. But my main questions are, if I want to delete music from the ipod, I just delete it, or uncheck it from itunes, am I correct? Also when I set up itunes it scanned my pc for files but only picked up like 2,000 out of like 5,000 songs. I had to add folders manually cause I didnt see any scan features, why is that? Also when I move folders or music around on my pc, how do I get itunes to find the new files, and delete the old ones? - Hoon - 10-17-2006 i bet arpi could solve this! - Ken'sPen - 10-17-2006 there is an option to have your Ipod sync with your computer, you can sync it or not, which did you choose, I opted NOT to sync figuring if anything happened to my computer and shit got deleted, I wouldn't lose them on my ipod. - Ken'sPen - 10-17-2006 Hoon Wrote:wow trust me, your hero worship of keyser speaks volumes about you, to the other members here. - Hoon - 10-17-2006 you're desperate for acceptence. [i will leave this thread for gonz, now because he's asking a serious question. if you would like to continue this, let's start another thread. that's my objective mod skillz showing] - GonzoStyle - 10-17-2006 Hoon, a complete gentleman. - Ken'sPen - 10-17-2006 Hoon Wrote:you're desperate for acceptence. the first board I ever joined was oa.com I viewed it as a board that was 80% morons, and I could give a shit if they hated me, then there was a percentage that I thought was funny/clever/interesting. for the most part as long as that group found value in my posts I figured I was doing ok..... what has saddened me hoon is watching you feed unfunny lackeys... watching you laugh at them, and build them up, simply so you have a reliable posse of retards who will fawn over you.... you in turn fawn over those who you perceive as having juice, so they will like you. It's pathetic.... just fucking post, and let the chips fall where they may. If the majority of the retards at the Doors liked me, it would be a major concern for me. - Galt - 10-17-2006 Departed was a good movie, but whoever was in charge of editing/continuity should be fired. And the last scene of the movie was as gay as gay can be. Watchng a TV show on an iPod (especially when you are working out) is impossible unless you have 20-10 vision - Hoon - 10-17-2006 :oft shoe dance:: - GonzoStyle - 10-17-2006 Galt Wrote:Departed was a good movie, but whoever was in charge of editing/continuity should be fired. You are a very bitter man. - Galt - 10-17-2006 I'm just keepin it real. - Goatweed - 10-17-2006 like Galt, I thought that watching movies & stuff on those screens would be awful but on my Zen it's pretty good. The screen is nice & hardly a strain on the eyes. For commuting, it's perfect - plus not having to convert anything to a specific format is awesome, drag & drop rules! - GonzoStyle - 10-17-2006 I understand watching something like star wars would be a tad stressful on a 3 inch screen but with a show, I dont see the issue. You just need to see the guy standing there and hear him, the end. - Goatweed - 10-17-2006 exactly - GonzoStyle - 10-17-2006 I'm listening to the hilarity of eddie murphy, pre-delirious. remember when he was funny? - Galt - 10-17-2006 If you are sitting on a bike, then it would be OK. If I'm running on a treadmill, it's impossible. I'd kill myself. If I'm on a stairmaster or Eliptical, I would have to hunch over to even see the screen, which hurts the workout. Additionally, for you to really see the show, you have to have the backlight on, which drains the battery completely in about 30 minutes. - Goatweed - 10-17-2006 I've watched Jackass 2 and MI3 from beginning to end and only drained 1/2 the battery life while doing so - not in the same concurrent time frame, over 2 days or so. I dunno how the ipod battery is but I was under the impression the new ones had a pretty decent lifespan. - GonzoStyle - 10-17-2006 Galt Wrote:If you are sitting on a bike, then it would be OK.
