don't wear shox. they are a broken ankle waiting to happen. there have been a lot of studies on them in sports medicine & how the incidence of ankle aprains increased since basketball teams started using them. they are awful.

ive got a pair of new balances, not sure which ones. they're black and grey and i got gel insoles for them. they're very light and comfortable for running.
