it sounds like you downloaded a bunch of .RAR files, which need to be unRARed (think unzipped, like ZIP files), then burned to a DVD with some kind of an application (Nero, Alcohol 120, etc.) Then you can play it on your modded PS2.
Or you could drop $50 and buy the game.
