I am pretty sure that my entire poiunt was that I do recognize the other perspectives, and that when they do not entertain me, I choose to disregard them. I may not like a thread, but if it is simply a matter of likes, than I can live and let live. You on the other hand, seem to be incapable of maintaining a cohesive thought. Solution.... to WHAT? Problem? Where is this "problem"? You seem to be the only one that considers this a problem. Sure, there are plenty of others that may not like the game threads, in general, I am not the biggest fan of them myself, but I choose to leave them alone. No, of course not, because there are plenty of people that for some sick reason enjoy the stuff, so let them have their fun. I can't get over that remark, about solving the problem. This truly shows your arrogance, that when you feel something is wrong, it is suddenly a global problem. Has there been some massive uprising against the game threads? Are the troops mobilizing to stop this evil? I think not. I am pretty sure that for the most part, the whole board is pretty happy. We have learned to live and let live. Kid, it is a simple mathematical equation, if you don't like it, leave it alone. Is that so difficult?

It's a problem to me, because I don't enjoy posting here as much as I once did.
You say if I don't like it I should leave it alone, and I must again retort that I didn't post my grievance in an existing thread for exactly that reason.
You say I contradict myself, but I say you skew my reasoning to oppose your statements. bottom line, it's all perspective-based. You will never understand mine, much as I will never understand yours.
The whole board may be happy, but maybe I'm not happy with the board. So, my choice of recourse it to start a thread such as this one to air out my grievances. Don't like it, do like you say and FUCKING IGNORE IT! I'll argue my point to my last breath. But, in the end, I still won't give a shit about you. My perspective is one of reality. Of course reality is based on one's perspective so it is cyclical in nature. It is also self-perpetuating.
Again, if you don't like what I have to say, don't read it. If you want to argue, get a friend to help you read my posts. Because you obviously don't get it.

Slackjaw makes some excellent points, its responses like his that I enjoy reading. Heck I just enjoy it when someone tries to make a well thought out point even if I don't agree with it.

You both have valid points, you're both right. I happen to side with K1d on the fact that I prefer the meatier threads to the games. Too many game threads and you might as well just turn this place into an AOL chatroom (you know the place where I pick up 15 year old girls, hoo hoo).
People will continue to post their game threads, their maynard threads, and their look at me threads and K1d will either continue to try to post debate and thought threads or get fed up and leave.
A tiger does not change its stripes. You can't force people to post the way you want them to. All you can do is post what interests you and hope people want to play along.
