Gollum should win an Oscar and here is why. The Actor did all of the scenes in "costume" (OK, silly blue suit with dots) and then went into the recording studio and did all of the lines again.
He put his heart and soul into the part and comes across as one of the most believable characters ever.

Golden Globes, the World's press lovefest, only gave this 2 nominations. Even though they were the 2 most important (Best Picture & Best Director), that is a joke.

this would make a fine addition to my movie collection (until the extended DVD version comes out in November) - I'll be looking for it this weekend.
