in an attempt to establish a somewhat more normal sleeping pattern i went to bed early last night (2am) needless to say i woke up at 6 wide awake, i figure i'll probably get tired again sometime around 10 or 11 as i'm setting off for work

I've seen this stuff Marmite at the bagel shop. (Actually not bad bagels. Not as good as NYC, but better than I expected.) Doesn't look too appetizing. Funny how the word "taste" doesn't appear anywhere in their website.
Oh well, it's all small beer. :-D
