i'm at school now, and its taking a good minute or two for most pages to load. at home, it takes about 5 seconds. on my roommate's computer, it takes about 15 seconds. mine, a minute. i have a wireless router that i'm not using now, because that adds even more time. i scanned with ad aware and nortons, nothing major there.
and if i turn on bitcomet or limewire, it takes even longer. plus, i download at 1 kb/second. so those arent causing the problem, just adding to it

Spyware, virius or both. Maybe some Trojan and someone else is using it as a slave.

I dunno how it works with a router but sometimes that happens to me, well shit always loads slow cause I have a shitty PC.
But sometimes its just unbearable, I find that unplugging my modem for like a minute and then plugging it back in does the trick.
