I didn't think it was gratuitous, it had a point but overall it wasn't good. It was decent at times but the acting was just horrible, worse than Saw.

The acting was pretty bad. But I had a bad back for two days after the movie because my entire body was clenched in tension for like 10 minutes at a time.
That night scene with the sharks and the lightning was freaky. Especially on a big screen.
And I don't care what you say: most gratuitious nude scene in history. Blows Halle Berry in Swordfish out of the water (ahahaha pun!)
