So not only do they ring me up for 160 bucks for doing 83 in a 65, they send me a letter today telling me they gave me 4 points on my driving record. Fucking niggers. I've had speeding tickets before but never did they give fucking points.
They say that "corrective action" occurs at 6 points. So how long do these points last on your record, anyone know?

Yeah I got a speeding ticket in jersey and it was like a 3 or 4 point violation, so I went to court and pleaded it down to zero points. I think it was mandatory though to go to court, dont remember.

I got pulled over four times in the span of one afternoon (I had to drive from Cape Cod to Rhode Island -- 60 miles each way -- to pick up some porn that didn't get delivered before I went on Xmas break)
On the way there, I got a warning, a ticket "clocked" and a ticket "radar", and then on the way back, I got another written warning. Each time, I was going over 80 in a 55
I challenged it, because "what the fuck, why not?" I showed up to court with absolutely no idea how I would explain my way out of it, but assuming they'd cut it down somewhat, and the cop was nowhere to be found, and the tickets were nowhere to be found.
Scott free. Nothing.

I've run into a couple of Highway Pigs who have shown up and the judges lick their balls and asshole even when the asshole lies.
Most places it pays to challenge them, out here you have a better shot of winning lotto.

in jersey does the cop even have to show up anymore? when my dad went in for a ticket there weren't any cops there, but he said no one was challenging that. some people even had lawyers

oh the fuckin lawyers in jersey, fuckin annoying as all hell.
I got a ticket in NY and nothing, I get one in jersey and 2 days later I am getting 10 letters a day from attorneys offering to help me fight the case. They really had no defense as to why I even needed an attorney, except for the fact that they could get the case heard earlier in the day, instead of having to wait around all day. Yet there everyone was like a bunch of mooks with their lawyers, waiting all day. No joke I kept on getting these fuckin letters for about 5 weeks, everyday without fail.

Monday morning I got rung up on the turnpike again.
Here's the damage:
83 in a 55 - $180.50
Following too closely - $75
Inappropriate signal - $75
Points on my license: 11
But that's not all - having 11 points or more = automatic 5 day suspension for each point (this is the first offense for a suspension rate). I have 15 total points on my license; therefore, my license will be suspended for 75 days.
So I'm pleading not guilty on all 3 of these and going to court.
