New sneakers - GonzoStyle - 11-08-2006 So I sustained a bit of an injury after pushing myself too hard and increasing my running length and intensity too fast, last week. So my shins are aching and my bad knee is acting up again, so one of the reasons probably are the shitty sneakers I wear. So any advice on good running sneakers?
