I don't feel the need to pretend I'm above enjoying it. I don't feel sorry for him. In fact, I don't think it was vicious and primitive enough.
This fucking country will watch Law & Order type shows every night that dramatize shit that always seems to deal with children being sexually abused in the most attrocious ways, for entertainment. They watch movies like Saw and laugh when they find someone being hit and killed by a car on youtube. But when we get the rare chance to actually capture, try and hang one of the most deserving butchers since Hitler, everyone wants to pretend they have a conscience. They want to all of a sudden sprout compassion.
Well, that's fine. It's just not me.
When i say I would rather Saddam had been sentenced to be torn apart by several pitbulls and have it broadcast live on Fox News, I want you to know I really feel that way. It's not an act.

i don't have a problem with people wanting to see the video, i wanted to see the video too. i think people should be able to see it. i also wanted to see the crocodile hunters video. if you post a link to random death videos, i'll watch those too.
saddam was as good as dead when they caught him. now the fact hes physically dead makes a difference?
also, i don't care that you're not hiding your feelings. good for you. but to me this seems like one step below the enjoyment of killing small animals. what joy did you actually get out of it? are you going to sleep easier at night?
obviously i get some sort of enjoyment out of watching it too, otherwise i wouldn't. but its no where close to your level.
