9/11 archive - Galt - 05-07-2008 First, let me just say that the search function on this site is fucking atrocious. apparently the term "trade center" or "trade centers" have never been written on the site ever. I think it only archives a rolling 6 months of posts. Anytime I want to search for an old post, it doesn't work. I hate you. But more to the point, here's a link to the video archives of every meaningful second of coverage on every major news network from 9/11/01-9/13/01. The internet is amazing. I missed all of this as it was going on. I didn't even hear anything about it until about 10:15 that day, and wasn't in front of a TV until about 11AM http://www.archive.org/details/sept_11_tv_archive Re: 9/11 archive - HedCold - 05-07-2008 http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%2 ... inhell.net the different software we've used over time might have messed with it further back Re: 9/11 archive - Mad - 05-07-2008 COVER UP!!!!! Re: 9/11 archive - HedCold - 05-07-2008 clearly Re: 9/11 archive - diceisgod - 05-07-2008 I was complaining about the search function here before all this national outcry and economic ruin. Re: 9/11 archive - The Jays - 05-08-2008 The search function does indeed suck. I tried looking up my Kentucky Derby post, and the site looked at me like I had lobsters crawling out of my ears. If you want to find entertainment in regards to World Trade Center tragedies, check out the tragedies normal people came up with as designs for the new trade center... http://www.cnn.com/SPECIALS/2002/wtc.ideas/ In terms of remembering the day, I like to do so in typical radio show fan boy fashion, and that's by first listening to the Stern broadcast, then to O and A, and then I like listening to Ron and Fez shows for the entire week. On Monday, 9/10, Angel Amy was in the studio for her birthday. Then, for the rest of the week, it was all Ron and Fez taking phone calls from people looking for others, people asking for volunteers, and people who were just scared and saying crazy shit.
