- GonzoStyle - 01-19-2002 Who defines comedy, cool, sexuality, and all out bravado for you? Who is the actor who you can just put on one of his/her movies and they transport you away from your woes for a bit and give you an escape? For me it's most of the golden age actors Bogart James Dean Montgomery Clift Paul Newman Steve McQueen Bette Davis Pacino DeNiro Out of the later Breed Brad Pitt Edward Norton Julia Stiles Samuel L Jackson Bruce Willis - Gooch - 01-19-2002 Quote:Who defines comedy, cool, sexuality, and all out bravado for you?Actors Jack Lemmon Kevin Spacey Johnny Depp Ed Norton Jr. Brad Pitt John Turturro John Goodman Russell Crowe William H. Mister Roberts with two great actors. Henry Fonda James Cagney and the great William Powell. - SLASH - 01-19-2002 Kevin Spacey and John Cusack - GonzoStyle - 01-19-2002 John Cusack had one of the greatest and one of the most powerful scene ever caught on film in my opinion. In Eight Men Out when he is sitting on the stoop and describing the emotion of getting a basehit in baseball. - Keyser Soze - 01-19-2002 Tony Danza, nuff said. - IkeaBoy - 01-19-2002 Males (a couple that come to mind): Sean Connery Frank Sinatra Ed Norton Brad Pitt Kevin spacey Paul Newman Steve McQueen Philip Hoffman Robert Shaw Harrison Ford Sam L Jackson Rod Serling George Cloony Tim Roth Clint Eastwood Nicholson DeNiro Pacino Orson Welles Dennis Hopper Christopher Walken Females: Elizabeth Hurley Julianne Moore Eliza Dushku Nicole Kidman Edited By IkeaBoy on Jan. 19 2002 at 1:47 - criticslovesnatch - 01-19-2002 Kevin Spacey, Al Pacino, Samuel L. Oh, that's just about every guy on my list. - Bondgirl - 02-12-2002 Actors who do 'it' for me..well Sean Connery of course (the bestest Bond ever), Harrison Ford (when he was Indy), and Clint Eastwood (back in The Good, The Bad and The Ugly era). Younger actors, no one sets my heart (or other bits) on fire, but I always like Ewan McGregor, and Pierce Brosnan has kind of grown on me as Bond. As far as girls, hands down, I think Angelina Jolie rocks. - BeckyDC - 02-12-2002 Nicholas Cage..yummy, ED NORTON, Bruce Willis, Freddie Prinze Jr, Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz and Faruza Balk to name a few..   - Bondgirl - 02-12-2002 I forgot about Freddie Prinze Jr...definitely a cutie, and I like Drew Barrymore too, except when people said I looked like her...bah - Maynard - 02-12-2002 Bondgirl Wrote:I forgot about Freddie Prinze Jr...definitely a cutie, and I like Drew Barrymore too, except when people said I looked like her...bahBAH! You scored big with the Angelina mention, but then you had to go and drag pretty boy into this. YUCK! - BeckyDC - 02-12-2002 **adding** ANGELINA I forgot about her..GAWD :p  :p  Edited By BeckyDC on Feb. 12 2002 at 12:46 - Bondgirl - 02-12-2002 Sorry Maynard, but we all have our secret guilty pleasures..I like to watch crappy teen movies And he is cute, even you admitted that he's a pretty boy..he's not really my cuppa tea, but he is cute - Maynard - 02-12-2002 Yeah, we all do have our guilty pleasures. I watch figure skating. ??? - Doc - 02-12-2002 When it comes to cool, James Earl Jones - If for no other reason than that great booming voice of his. He just commands your attention when he speaks. You know that if he were to walk into a room, everyone would know it, without him having to be a flashy look-at-me asshole. I think that is very cool. As for sexuality, I've been on a Nicole Kidman kick recently. It's not just about the fact that she's a tall red-head, she always plays a charecter that is smarter than everyone else. She's not a ditzy airhead that you'd tote around because she looks nice on your arm, but she too commands your attention. Ehh...what am I talking about, I just really want to bang her :burnfucker: - Keyser Soze - 02-12-2002 OK this time i'm serious, ladies first...
