I think it would be a nice swerve if Bischoff comes out and announces that no one was in the Limo with him, but he did sign a Superstar away from Smackdown this weekend. He can talk about how he did that just to get under Stephanies skin. Then he can announce that Jericho is the latest edition to Raw.
Personally, I would love to see Jericho show up on Raw and turn face. His promos are only topped by the Rock's. It would be easy to make him a face. 1 promo about Stephanie from Jericho would be all it takes.

Umm raw was on a few days ago, it was Jericho....
Beyond that, forget the limo look at the ratings for RAW.

3.7 for a show that used to bring in the high 5's and low 6's just a little over 6 months ago. That's fuckin terrible, they are almost reaching Nitro, Ratings.
