While I do agree that it might be tasteless and stupid how can you definitivly say it is not art?

Kindof hard to explain, and yet those things are now considered exquisite art...I'm not comparing this to any of those mind you, but I always hesitate to pass judgement on something, because history has shown what once was trash might very well become treasure.
