- Galt - 04-19-2004 Really doesn't matter, the Pats are going to destroy all next year. There are very few people they lost from last year (Ted Washington and Damien Woody are pretty big loses, and Ty Law will probably get traded or cut, which will be a loss) BUT, they add Roosevelt Colvin who was one of the best LB's in the league before getting hurt, they add Corey Dillon, patched a couple extra holes, and STILL have two first round picks. I wouldn't be surprised if they trade for Plaxico Burress too. - Keyser Soze - 04-19-2004 Somewhere, Rudi Johnson has a massive hard on. - The Sleeper - 04-19-2004 I want the Giants to get Gallery but they are saying he won't drop to 4. I don't think they should trade up for Manning cause Collins is a solid QB who just needs a few decent lineman. They really should just draft 7 offensive lineman and odds are at least 3 will be decent. - Galt - 04-19-2004 Rudi Johnson gets to be the starting back on a mediocre team. Corey Dillon gets to be the starting back for the GUARANTEED SUPERBOWL CHAMPIONS. - The Sleeper - 04-19-2004 Bengals are above mediocre! - Galt - 04-19-2004 8-8 is the definition of mediocre - Galt - 04-19-2004 pI pjust powned pyou! - HedCold - 04-19-2004 pinternet phipster! - The Sleeper - 04-19-2004 10-6 this year - HollywoodJewMoses - 04-20-2004 with Williams and Clarrett in the supplemental draft, it is very possible that a team gets both Mike Williams and Larry Fitzgerald. - HedCold - 04-20-2004 how does the supplemental draft work? - PeterDragon - 04-21-2004 HedCold Wrote:how does the supplemental draft work?NFL determines who is eligible. Then teams get a chance to pick, in the same order as the past regular draft. They can pick a player or pass. Whatever round they pick the player, they give up the same round's pick next year. So San Diego goes first. If they pass it goes to Oakland. If they pick for example Mike Williams in the first round, Oakland would lose their 2005 1st round pick. - HollywoodJewMoses - 04-22-2004 i heard differently. i heard on pti or ath that while it is most likely for the worst teams to get the first picks, it isnt completely pretermined who gets the first pick in that draft. plus you have to give up your pick in next years draft, i believe. - HedCold - 04-24-2004 sucks the jets couldn't get one of the cb's, but vilma is good too :thumbs-up: - The Sleeper - 04-24-2004 Manning better be good |
