it's not like they are re-doing the entire song, and just adding a drum. they re-edit the song, sampling the best parts, and re-arrange, and then add some sweet loving, and BAM! whole new song. it's taking old shit and doing something new with it. just like in hip-hop, or in any other form of dj remixing.
i quit that game awhile ago. cover band music and club remixes are awful in completely different ways. one requires actually learning how to murder the song while the other requires a lot of coke.
well, of course there are differences. one merely requires that they learn how to play the song, the other merely requires that something new be done with the song.
call him a ballhog, fine. but when the second half started, the lakers were down by like 20 points, and they remained pretty far behind by the time kobe got to 50. all he wanted to do was get the team back into a more respectable point range, but the raptors, instead of defending him responded with the entire offense of their team. so, he just kept taking the ball and try to get them out of a jam.
