That's like asking why is there air... Maynard is a dick, and that's all there is to it... I have a question though... Why is this here, in Noise Pollution? Shouldn't it be in Entertainment Unlimited? Since we are all entertained by Maynards Dickness?

I love him. He's like those happy old people who become known for sitting by the side of a busy street and waving to passing cars. People drive by regularly and beep just to see him and get him to wave to them.
