i don't mind the bars if...
A, they aren't jam-packed B. You are with interesting people or good friends that said...i have NEVER done a bar on New Years eve. Always parties or soirees of some sort...or just spent it with family/friends at my own place.

I love him. He's like those happy old people who become known for sitting by the side of a busy street and waving to passing cars. People drive by regularly and beep just to see him and get him to wave to them.
