slam dunk contest - nba live 2005

anyone any good at this? i started trying it this week and its really hard and frustrating to get the hang of.

and it helps a little, but still, its a steep learning curve

i can do these, the one with a * means i've got the timing down to a 10 almost every time
1 foot 180 gather,0/360,Clutch = 180/360 Between the Legs
1 foot gather,L+Windmill = Vince Carter Arm In Rim Dunk *
2 foot 180 gather,0/360,Clutch = 180/360 Between the Legs
1 foot R+gather,Tomahawk/Windmill = 1 Hand MJ Rock The Cradle Dunk *
2 foot gather,L+Pump = Between Legs Twice *
2 foot 180 L+gather,360,Tomahawk = 2 Hand Lean Cockback

and yeah, that faq is really useful, but i still cant catch an alley oop. i'm working on doing a simple oop into the arm in rim dunk

the vince carter dunk i've done a few times, didn't get a 50. must not be holding one part of it long enough
my friend did the doube between legs dunk once before we found the faq and didn't get a 50, and i tried doing it again but i can't
my friend was also able to do the mj rock the cradle dunk, i think he got a 50

for the carter one, you have to hold it until the very last moment, plus you need to take off from just inside the free throw line. just go try to do it, but hold until you end up canceling the dunk by not releasing. then, do it again but hold on for a fraction of the second less

I just bought this game this morning and i stink at the dunks. And does anyone know when the new roster uodate is coming out. I see Chris Webber is still on Sacramento.
