i am against the death penalty so this is good.
what about her fucking husband. the guy knew she was sick and prone to post-partum depression yet he kept agreeing to have kids with her. sick-enabling fuck!!
I love him. He's like those happy old people who become known for sitting by the side of a busy street and waving to passing cars. People drive by regularly and beep just to see him and get him to wave to them.
That's just like our Arpi... except he doesn't wave or anything. He just says mean things to you.

Nominated for," 2005 poster of the year", by 4 out of 6 mods!
so does this mean she got 5 seperate life sentences...otherwise she can be paroled in 7 years...and howthe hell didn't they kill her for this? she knew what she was doing, knew it was wrong, and showed no mercy. if that doesn't deserve the death penalty, what does??
If they were going to kill her, the jury would've been out much longer than they were. I knew as soon as the jury came back that there was no way in hell she was going to get lethal injection. It's bullshit, but there's nothing we can do about it.
Oh no we took it back to far
Only love can save us now.....
Anyway the trial turned out, the result would have been the same. Andrea Yates will spend the rest of her life in a psychiatric facility. The only question was would she be a prisoner or commited, that's all. There is no way she will end up in general population.
