i'll give you a clue, i hate umbrella's and think they should be banned from the city.

I remember reading something about that...... something about an umbrella that doesn't stick out? So you don't get ?

I beleive it's called a raincoat and hat. :thumbs-up:


I hate those little folding umbrellas because even with one I get soaked from the knees down. That's the problem with being tall. And the big ones are just too inconvenient to carry around or walk down a crowded street with.
