-The ending scene in The Doom Generation. This group of Nazi guys, enter an abandoned warehouse where our 3 (2 guys and a girl) heroes are all having sex, and the decide that they need to teach them a lesson. They rape the girl (Rose McGowan) with a statue of the Virgin Mary, they cut one of the other guys dicks off with hedge trimmers (the big scissor kind), and the third guy luckily escapes and takes Rose with him. Fuckin disturbing.
-Also, the scene in Requium For A Dream where Jared Leto has the heroin infection, and he sticks the needle in there to shoot up again.
