I usually tend to stay away from those "mousy" personalities. I too don't like that type. I perfer people that speak their mind. Loud if you will. That's my personality, and I just deal with the same type easier.
Actually when I come across someone that's shy, or mousy, I will tend to try and get them going in a manner that they will show some kind of emotion, wether it be getting pissed off, or just feel more comfortable and speak in a normal tone, or whatever.
