...well, she is the most powerful woman on the planet, has one of the longest and most well known tv talk shows, hosts a popular book club, and has had a successful magazine , along with film credits... if you compare the #200 to the #1, sure, alot of people know the Rock, but just about everyone knows who Oprah is...

Yeah but look at who she is ahead of, if she is the greatest pop icon of all times it doesn't say much about us. Let's put bill gates at #1 if we base it on sucess. But while she did have influence on culture compared to others on the list she isn't a ripple in the ocean.
