Dear Polly's Employer,

As Polly's Shrink it pains me to notify you that I am advising Polly that she can no longer seek meaningful employment. Unfortunately Polly suffers from a rare mental disorder known as Neurological Epidemic Emotional Disability Symptoms Tied Only From Uncontrolled Coitus Knowledge (NEEDSTOFUCK) syndrome.

This rare condition requires Polly to keep her ankles behind her head at all time to allow her to receive sexual gratification whenever it may come along. Failure to do this will convince Polly that her friends will blow off social engagements to sleep with people that may have slept with her. Polly's focus could never be placed on her job duties due to this disorder.
