Ok, depending on the date I am more than likely in. Some pointers, particularly for the ladies and those with low pain tolerances..... some shots "sting" a hell of a lot more than others. The biggest advantage of playing at a sanctioned facility is that they dial down the velocity of the balls, this is good for those days that you have the super hardcore fellas that are used to playing out in the woods. They have a tendency to crank their weapons up very high, to get better range and accuracy. This will not be a concern for us as we will play on an actual "paint ball" field.
As maynard said, shooting a paint gun is nothing like a real gun. I was always an expert marksman in the Army, but damn if I don't shoot paintballs for shit...lol. That brings up a good point. for those who have never played or don't play often, be prepared to spend a lot of money on ammo. Novices tend to shoot much more than experts, and ammo is where the fields make their money.
This will certainly be a ton of fun, I'm looking forward to it!
