It's a place where a girl can start up her own website where dumbass guys can go oogle over their pictures and maybe they'll throw them a bone and respond to their e-mail or IM's just so the guy can go around telling all his friends that he's friends with this really hot chick. All the while all he's doing is promoting her website even more.
