Quote:Mets reportedly pursuing Neagle

ESPN.com news services
The Colorado Rockies have found a team willing to take pitcher Denny Neagle and his $36 million contract, Denver newspapers reported Monday.
But the reported deal between the Rockies, New York Mets, and Texas Rangers is on hold while Rangers' officials mull their options.
Reports say the three-team deal would send Neagle to the Mets for outfielder Jeromy Burnitz and relief pitcher Todd Van Poppel.
The Mets then would send starting pitcher Pedro Astacio and outfielder Roger Cedeno to the Rangers
ah the offseason, where the mets trade their crappy overpriced players for other teams crappy overpriced players. just sucks astacio is involved :disappointed:
