Cops and their fucking quotas suck. - Are we the citizens the victims?

I went and got the mirror at lunch. Got my address changed too. I'll go down to the court and pay whatever it is I have to pay and put this behind me. The more I think about it, the more I get pissed off. So I need to get this behind me quick.
