That was a Pan (aka Chris Rice) pipe. Weird commisioned him to make that one for him through a friend of a friend. He's pretty famous for his glass blowing and makes his living selling his wares on Ebay and galleries in the Northeast. Ebay has a lot of his glass marbles listed either under "Chris Rice" or "Glasswurx" and they're simply amazing.
