I heard The Wall in it's entirity for the first time back in October and I will say I enjoyed it. I haven't heard any of their other stuff but I liked The Wall.
A friend of mine made a comparison of Pink Floyd to bands like Tool or Deftones today. In that they have a very unique sound and a large following of people from many different walks. The music by these bands are also very moody and the albums are all very well thought out and laid out with the tracks all reflecting and enhancing each other.

I hold the dubious honor of being the only person never modded who has also never been to a party who in the past had a shared account with a vegetable reference that has had consensual sex with a woman who wasn't from the board that also knows what >) means and remembers the end of the golden age.
