Considering that GW took an a sworn oath to protect and defend the Constitution, he's fucked.
What he did no only violated the spirt and intent of our system of checks and balances, he broke the law of the land. As such, he should be brought to trial and once convicted hung till dead, like all traitors should be.
It's really just a cover for his low IQ.
