Every barber shop in my area at least has a manicurist on the premises, they're not good like I mentioned but they are there.
Plus you don't have to be talked into anything, just get what you want and be done with it. I could get a haircut at the barber shop for like 8 bucks or spend 20 at a salon but obviously you can tell the difference.
