yeah but I have basically no fat intake anyway, when the doc gave me the diet he wanted me to follow, it was actually more than I was used to eating anyway.
The only fat I really ingest are flaxseed oil tablets for the omega-3, and thats basically fish oil.
Honestly I have had zero issues since the surgery, except for my caffeine overdose yesterday.
