The only fat I really ingest are flaxseed oil tablets for the omega-3, and thats basically fish oil.
Honestly I have had zero issues since the surgery, except for my caffeine overdose yesterday.
i wish dr. dino's mom would have listened. she decided to have pizza like less than a week post surgery. brilliant. blamed it on the dr's discharging her without any instructions.
