I obviously dont do any type of fast food or eat at restaurants, even if you can ask them to do certain things, I dont trust them, unless its like a salad, maybe some grilled chicken, etc.
But I have chicken maybe once a month, mainly I stick to fish or other proteins like egg whites, beans, etc. I dont eat much of any meat.
I did cheat once though, I had some chinks. But once in almost 7 months aint too bad. Actually I read that having a cheat day once a month is a good thing for your metabolism.
