I do a detox like this every few months when my weight loss pauses, I do it for a whole week though. I do supplement fiber in, in the evening and make sure to take a good multi vitamin, low in iron.
Also as soon as you wake up, have a glass of warm water with the juice of a whole lemon. In the evening make some hot tea with lemon and a table spoon of honey (dunno about the maple syrup, honey is purer from what I read).
Then a combo of different juices, I like the combo of carrots, apples, and beets in the morning.
