Don't get crazy. If someone tells you you're not a totally worthless piece of crap, expressing the desire to hug them literally or otherwise is direct counter evidence. Just keep paying attention & taking notes. Also leave sentimentality behind with all the other weaknesses you have. We'll shake them all out of you eventually over time.
