Help!!! with ms access - How do you work this fucking program????

The only problem is that there doesnt seem to be a rhyme or reason to which names you are choosing. Hopefully I am wrong. A query will simply return records that match a certain requirement. So all the records you want to create a new table with will need to share a common characteristic. Hope that helps.
