That's why it is better to stay on dial up. All this new technology is being created for broadband. Dial up aka 'the under the radar ISPs.

Thats a pretty naive comment considering if they really wanted to, big brother can pretty much tap into any communication you transmit electronically, no matter who your ISP is.
