OK...So...I returned the defective equipment...
And went with the linksys BEFSR41 V.2...
The only problem was the directions don't tell you to clone your mac address if you have cable...
I will also say that the customer service was far more thorough, and didn't seem like they were just "pokin' and hopin"...
I am set up now, and hopefully it will stay that way.
