Caller id on the internet - Over dialup

Actually, I used to have something just like this. It was an internet answering machine,Call Wave. When someone called,my computer would ring and I would get a pop-up with the # of the person who was calling, thenthey would be able to leave a message and it would play the message right over the pc. Then, if I wanted I could sign off and call them back. Also, Tigerdirect.com, has something where you can be on-line and answer the call at the same time, it says, it puts the internet on "hold" for like 90 seconds or something like that.
