I don't think its a specific time frame, but I think after the "I love you" is said, people tend to calm down a bit and relax. You feel more confident in the relationship and know if you don't wear makeup one day etc. they're not going to dump you. I do think there are certain things that should never be done no matter how comfortable you are....pooping with the door open is one of them.
