Yes, but people drive bad enough (not everyone, just women ). Having stuff dangling from your mirror, or on your rear dashboard, or whatever, will just distract you more. If you want to stand out that bad, paint your car with polka dots. Zebra stripes. Whatever. Jsut take the stuff off the mirror. Besides, it's illegal.

I don't have stuff in my car to make it stand out, I have it cause I like it and it makes me happy. I don't see how having silly stuff in your car is so distracting anyway. If someone has such a tiny peanut brain that they get mesmerized by the disco ball and forget to pay attention to driving then they shouldn't be driving in the first place, but for most normal people I don't see it as a problem. People talk on the phone, eat dinner, get dressed, do their hair, read the paper, and a million other things in the car. In the scale of things, having a little disco ball hanging from your mirror isn't all that bad.
