I got called for jury duty today.

It's a minimum of two days you have to sit there in NY. If you are not called to sit on a case then you are excused. Once excused or after you sit on a jury, you are exempt from being called for 4 years now. It used to be 2 but they upped it. I didn't mind it much truthfully, I got a week off from work. Did some reading, met a few people. Got to screw over a skinny spic with a mullet and missing teeth. Who looked like he was on the show cops as a suspect instead of actually being a cop.
