I have attempted to smoke weed twice in my life and it didn't take. As I have Irish blood, I drink often. I went to a college where the main majors were acting, dance, and architechture: everyone smoked but me.
I was surrounded by hundreds of people who smoked excluslive, a handful of people who drank exclusively, and thousands of people who smoked and drank.
Not once did anyone who had only smoked weed ever cause any problems other than being annoying and asking for money or food. People who were only drinking sometimes caused fights, most of the time just puked.
People who smoked and drank were the most violent people. They wre arrogant, annoying as all hell, violent, and just constantly started shit with anyone. They had no regard for anyone else, and that combination is deadly.
But if either beer or weed had to be outlawed, I'd say that beer should be outlawed.
