i have a vanilla latte from starbucks every morning on my way to work/school. then around 10, i have a caramel macchiatto (sp) and i wonder why i have no money Undecided

12 cups of coffee before 7am everyday with skim milk and equal. if i'm not feeling too lazy i'll make a double espresso, they always hit the spot and wake you up instantaneously.

I cut all types of caffeine out about 5 months ago. Depending how much time I have before I get to work, usually pushups and situps wake me up just fine before my shower.
